Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Migration Specialist to facilitate customer transitions to a new self-service platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively assist customers with the migration process to the new self-service platform
- Guide customers through implementation, ensuring understanding of necessary steps and requirements
- Develop and implement scalable communication strategies to drive customer adoption of the new platform
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher in business administration, management, or a related field preferred
- Three to five years of experience in a customer success, support, or client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience with technical documentation or systems training is a plus
- Familiarity with APIs and basic security/privacy principles
- Ability to gather and document customer feedback regarding technical integration or platform capabilities
