Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator - Prior Authorizations - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with processing, insurance verification, and authorization while ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Perform quality reviews and act as a subject matter expert (SME) within the team
  • Monitor communications and process manual IVRs, including light outbound call work
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows-based applications
  • Data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 30-40 WPM
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
