A company is looking for a Coordinator - Prior Authorizations - Work From Home.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with processing, insurance verification, and authorization while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Perform quality reviews and act as a subject matter expert (SME) within the team
- Monitor communications and process manual IVRs, including light outbound call work
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
- Strong working knowledge of Windows-based applications
- Data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 30-40 WPM
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
