Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a 10:30am - 7:00pm EST shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Field phone calls and emails from clients and participants regarding account inquiries and support
- Process forms and enter data related to benefit processes in a timely manner
- Provide high-level customer service by creating positive relationships with clients and participants
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least one year of professional work experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume environment
- Experience in benefits management (CDH and COBRA knowledge) is highly preferred
- Availability for 3-4 weeks of training and to work the specified shift upon completion
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a collaborative environment
