Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide high-level technical customer support for digital forensics tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to urgent requests through ticketing and live chat systems
- Perform troubleshooting with customers using internal documentation and historical tickets
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and contribute to a customer-facing knowledge base
Required Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
- Knowledge of digital forensics and/or relevant products is beneficial
- Experience in a customer-facing support role for cloud-based or server-based products is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and adapt to changing situations
- Strong technical aptitude and resourcefulness
