Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide high-level technical customer support for digital forensics tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to urgent requests through ticketing and live chat systems
  • Perform troubleshooting with customers using internal documentation and historical tickets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and contribute to a customer-facing knowledge base


Required Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Knowledge of digital forensics and/or relevant products is beneficial
  • Experience in a customer-facing support role for cloud-based or server-based products is advantageous
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong technical aptitude and resourcefulness
