Key Responsibilities
- Terminate members/dependents and process COBRA letters in a timely manner
- Provide customer service to members and client HR leaders
- Input new employees, changes, and terminations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six to twelve months related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and AS400 claims system
- Ability to maintain regular attendance
- Willingness to work occasional overtime as required
