Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to resolve complex or escalated issues
- Support internal team members with complex issue resolution
- Document customer interactions and contribute to achieving KPIs
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of customer service experience or equivalent
- Designated workspace with high-speed internet
- Experience with basic equipment troubleshooting and PC/hardware setup
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 8 AM to 8 PM Eastern
