Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to resolve complex or escalated issues
  • Support internal team members with complex issue resolution
  • Document customer interactions and contribute to achieving KPIs
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of customer service experience or equivalent
  • Designated workspace with high-speed internet
  • Experience with basic equipment troubleshooting and PC/hardware setup
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 8 AM to 8 PM Eastern
