Job Summary
A company is looking for a GIS Technical Support Specialist who will serve as the primary contact for clients regarding software and hardware-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all software and hardware-related issues from clients
- Utilize Cityworks-specific resources to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve client issues
- Collaborate with clients to analyze their Cityworks setup and provide tailored recommendations for system optimization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, geography, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with GIS, CAD, EAM, CRM, or Cityworks software
- Knowledge of municipal or utility districts and community development processes is preferred
- Familiarity with leading database systems such as Oracle or SQL Server
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks
