Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Process death claim transactions by communicating with agents, beneficiaries, and other departments
• Ensure accurate handling and timely execution of policies while identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Provide exceptional customer service through various communication methods and report any potential fraudulent activities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma completed
• 2+ years of relevant life insurance death claims business experience
• Claims processing experience and working knowledge of life insurance products
• Experience with Microsoft Office and MS Teams
• Inbound/outbound customer service experience is required
