A company is looking for a Claims Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Process death claim transactions by communicating with agents, beneficiaries, and other departments
- Ensure accurate handling and timely execution of policies while identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication methods and report any potential fraudulent activities
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma completed
- 2+ years of relevant life insurance death claims business experience
- Claims processing experience and working knowledge of life insurance products
- Experience with Microsoft Office and MS Teams
- Inbound/outbound customer service experience is required
