A company is looking for a Seasonal Bilingual Agent Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle calls from insurance agents nationwide regarding the ACA enrollment process
• Assist agents in troubleshooting the platform and answering questions about applications and referrals
• Provide thoughtful service while following support protocols and balancing efficiency with empathy

Required Qualifications

• Residency in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish
• Previous customer service experience
• 3+ years of combined education, work, or volunteer experience
• A dedicated and distraction-free remote workspace
