Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist (French or Spanish Speaker).
Key Responsibilities
- Educate and empower users to maximize their use of the company's products
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and feature requests
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and French or Spanish; other languages are a plus
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps
- Understanding of revenue management and the hospitality industry is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and data manipulation skills
