Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related experience in a medical environment (e.g., Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Tech)
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferable but not required
- Experience in a high-volume contact center or care delivery environment
- Comfort with technology and navigating multiple software platforms
- Access to a private work environment suitable for remote work and video conferencing
