Job Summary
A company is looking for a Computer Operator/Tier 1 Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 service desk support for various stakeholders, including insurance issuers and application users
- Assist with account access support, including password resets and logging inquiries in Service Now
- Respond to inquiries effectively and escalate issues to appropriate IT departments as needed
Required Qualifications
- GED or higher
- Proven excellent customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of computers and Microsoft systems
- Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
