Job Summary

A company is looking for a Computer Operator/Tier 1 Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 service desk support for various stakeholders, including insurance issuers and application users
  • Assist with account access support, including password resets and logging inquiries in Service Now
  • Respond to inquiries effectively and escalate issues to appropriate IT departments as needed
Required Qualifications
  • GED or higher
  • Proven excellent customer service skills
  • Strong knowledge of computers and Microsoft systems
  • Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
