Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hospice Triage RN / Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours phone support to hospice patients and families, assessing symptoms and offering clinical guidance
• Coordinate in-person nurse visits as needed, documenting all calls and updating the care team
• Work autonomously and remotely

Required Qualifications

• Active RN License in TN
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Hospice nursing experience
