Key Responsibilities

- Monitor team performance and assist in implementing customer service policies and best practices
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in a call center environment
- Familiarity with online gaming platforms, particularly in the Real Money Gaming industry
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and obtain necessary gaming licenses
