Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with online gaming platforms, particularly in the Real Money Gaming industry
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check and obtain necessary gaming licenses
