Key Responsibilities
- Architect the end-to-end post-sale customer journey and design strategies for customer experience
- Lead Customer Success initiatives to enhance product adoption and retention
- Oversee support operations to elevate customer service as a brand differentiator
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of leadership experience in customer-centric organizations, preferably in SaaS or subscription-based businesses
- Proven experience in scaling Support and Success organizations in high-growth environments
- Strong operational acumen with experience in designing scalable, data-driven processes
- Hands-on experience with customer systems such as Salesforce and Zendesk
- BA/BS required; advanced degree is a plus
