A company is looking for a Vice President, Customer Experience & Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect the end-to-end post-sale customer journey and design strategies for customer experience
  • Lead Customer Success initiatives to enhance product adoption and retention
  • Oversee support operations to elevate customer service as a brand differentiator
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in customer-centric organizations, preferably in SaaS or subscription-based businesses
  • Proven experience in scaling Support and Success organizations in high-growth environments
  • Strong operational acumen with experience in designing scalable, data-driven processes
  • Hands-on experience with customer systems such as Salesforce and Zendesk
  • BA/BS required; advanced degree is a plus
