Job Summary
A company is looking for RADV Representatives to support Risk Adjustment Data Validation audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 40-60 outbound calls daily to secure required documentation from providers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with providers to support program participation
- Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activities and ensure compliance with PHI standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a phone-based, administrative, customer service, or clinical office setting
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting program needs
- Must reside in the U.S. and have a dedicated workspace free from distractions
