Key Responsibilities
  • Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule healthcare evaluations
  • Follow approved scripts and respond to member inquiries with professionalism
  • Meet daily productivity and quality goals in a call center environment
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required
  • Experience in a metrics-driven outbound call center environment preferred
  • Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask during calls
