Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in conflict resolution
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cross-functional team collaboration
- Experience managing multiple conversations simultaneously
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
- Proven ability to document cases clearly for diverse audiences
