Key Responsibilities
- Conduct configuration audits and deliver health check readouts with recommendations for improvement
- Facilitate technical workshops to align platform capabilities with enterprise system design
- Serve as an escalation resource for technical issues and collaborate with support teams for resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or technical account management for enterprise SaaS
- Deep experience in either Core (Marketing, Social, Ads, Insights) or Service (Care, Contact Center) domains
- Hands-on knowledge of enterprise integrations, REST APIs, and authentication protocols
- Experience facilitating technical design sessions and documenting solution designs
