Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Partner Network Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve partner-submitted support tickets related to network connectivity and performance issues
- Serve as a key contact for property management staff, collaborating with teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues
- Monitor network performance, follow incident management procedures, and assist in training property staff on troubleshooting best practices
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a network support or technical support role, preferably in property management or hospitality
- Experience with PMS platforms such as Yardi, Realpage, or Entrata is a plus
- Proficiency with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools
- Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in supporting API integrations between PMS and third-party partners is a plus
