A company is looking for a Member Service Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and respond to customer inquiries via phone to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Educate members on various spending accounts and claims processing procedures
- Serve as a customer advocate by identifying needs and guiding them to appropriate resources
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or equivalency required; associate's degree preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- One to two years of customer service experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Windows operating systems
- Must have a secure location to work from home without distractions
