Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative, Remote in CST or EST.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing individual customer needs and inquiries
- Assist customers with the UHC Rewards Program and technical troubleshooting for related applications
- Meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards consistently
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Ability to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours
- Must ensure uninterrupted work time during shifts, except for scheduled breaks
