Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative, Remote in CST or EST.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing individual customer needs and inquiries
• Assist customers with the UHC Rewards Program and technical troubleshooting for related applications
• Meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards consistently

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• Ability to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours
• Must ensure uninterrupted work time during shifts, except for scheduled breaks
