Plan Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Manager-Bundled Pooled.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Sponsor and Advisor service support for Corporate Bundled plans via team shared mailbox and inbound toll-free line
• Act as a single point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring immediate resolution through collaboration with internal business partners
• Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external business partners

Required Qualifications

• A college degree with 3 to 5 years of equivalent work experience in Defined Contribution administration
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn proprietary systems
• Knowledge of the EASE record-keeping systems is preferred
• Understanding of contribution and/or distribution processing is desired but not mandatory
