Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support to customers and resolve their queries
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided
- Assist in installing and configuring software for customers as needed
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, or related field, or comparable work experience
- Completion of assigned training classes for one major product family
- Ability to install software and implement interface workflows with minimal direction
- Proven capability to handle multiple technical projects simultaneously
- Ability to resolve beginner to some intermediate-level support issues with guidance
