- Drive engagement and support for 40+ accounts through effective communication and resource allocation
- Facilitate strategic planning conversations and accurately forecast renewal risks
- Manage the renewal process and identify upsell opportunities in collaboration with account executives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer interaction roles with a focus on account strategies
- Proven track record of client retention and renewal negotiation
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in enterprise data and analytics markets preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks
