Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-service solutions and comprehensive transfer agency and shareholder services to customers
- Research, resolve, and respond to complex inquiries and problems
- Process financial and non-financial transactions, maintain customer records, and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred or relevant work experience
- At least one year of previous customer service experience in retail, banking, or financial services
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including keyboarding skills and navigating multiple systems
- Quiet workspace free of distractions for remote work
- Access to a personal laptop or computer, WiFi, and either a landline or cellular phone with unlimited minutes
