Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Finding Specialist to serve as the initial point of contact for prospective residents, providing customer service and support throughout the rental home inquiry process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries and providing information about property availability
• Aim for one-call resolution by directing inquiries to appropriate resources and transferring calls when necessary
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records of interactions for effective follow-up

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a service-oriented role
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and property management is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to align work schedule with business hours, including weekends
