Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries and providing information about property availability
- Aim for one-call resolution by directing inquiries to appropriate resources and transferring calls when necessary
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records of interactions for effective follow-up
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a service-oriented role
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and property management is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to align work schedule with business hours, including weekends
