Key Responsibilities
- Manage non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate transactions, ensuring timely and accurate closures
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the transaction process
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for all parties involved, coordinating necessary scheduling and communication
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Technical proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
