Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from Medicare Advantage members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Participate in member outreach campaigns and collaborate on process improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or insurance, is a plus
- AHIP Certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days of training completion
