Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Member Service Representative to provide customer support to Medicare Advantage plan members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from Medicare Advantage members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Participate in member outreach campaigns and collaborate on process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or insurance, is a plus
  • AHIP Certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days of training completion
