Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual omnichannel support to patients and healthcare professionals
- Act as a primary contact for patients regarding disease education and access to therapy
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve patient and healthcare professional experiences
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in telephonic support roles related to patient access or reimbursement
- Experience in a high-volume inbound/outbound call center
- Current, unrestricted nursing license (RN, NP)
- Ability to navigate technology and multiple platforms effectively
