- Create positive member experiences through active listening and de-escalation skills

- 1+ years of related experience required
- Ability to follow established routines under close supervision
- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and work independently
- Strong computer skills and experience in a Windows environment
- Ability to multi-task and maintain professionalism under pressure
