A company is looking for an Associate Order Management Specialist to assist in processing orders and maintaining renewal records in Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage small-sized customer renewal records in Salesforce and assist in the renewal quote process
- Support internal and external customers with order-related issues and monitor dashboards for undelivered invoices
- Ensure timely generation of renewal reminders and accurate post-renewal invoice processing
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of work experience in Order Management
- General knowledge and basic experience with computers and business office software
- Professional demeanor
- High School Diploma required
