Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer communication and expectations
- Provide troubleshooting and debugging support via phone, email, and chat
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, escalating issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a related technical field
- 5 years of experience in enterprise software customer support and/or IT support
- Proficient knowledge of Windows-based Desktop and Server OS
- Proficient knowledge of Mac OS (preferred)
- Strong dedication to customer care and team interaction skills
