Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record data from callers and process excavation notices
- Ensure the safety of stakeholders and the public during all interactions
- Be available during scheduled shifts to handle incoming calls and input locate notices
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of customer service experience required
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute accurately
- Must pass an assessment test for typing and customer service skills
- Must reside within the state of South Carolina and work remotely
