Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling reservations and arranging pet care coverage
- Answering client and staff questions via email and phone
- Maintaining the client management system and cloud drive documents
Required Qualifications and Education
- At least 6 months to 1 year of prior experience working or volunteering with animals preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate's Degree will be considered
- Extremely reliable with the ability to work independently
- Must have a cellphone (Android or iPhone) and an up-to-date laptop with high-speed internet
