A company is looking for a Director of Back End Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee A/R & Denials Management Client Delivery functions and ensure maximum client satisfaction
- Develop and implement department strategies and standard operating procedures to exceed client expectations
- Monitor Client Delivery KPIs and individual performance metrics to identify and address potential client issues
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate level or above in Excel
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and time management
- Ability to contribute to team culture and support efficiency improvements
