A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite, email, and chat support for end user MAC and Windows systems and applications
- Troubleshoot requests remotely via phone, email, or remote technologies
- Support Microsoft Office applications for both Mac and Windows
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of MAC experience (MAC OS X version 10.10 to current and IOS 11.x.x to current)
- 3 years experience in troubleshooting end-user hardware, software applications, and network connectivity
- Demonstrated Mac proficiency and JAMF experience
- Broad knowledge of technology hardware, software, and concepts
- Extensive knowledge of peripherals and enterprise environment hardware/software
