Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Center Advocate to join their contact center team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments in the E360 Proprietary System
- Document patient requests and pertinent information via EMR for effective follow-up
- Coordinate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and achieve daily call production goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1-3 years of related experience in a call center or as a receptionist, preferably in healthcare
- Experience with E360, NextGen, Waystar, Epic software, or other EMR systems is preferred
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask across multiple programs
- Must be available for 6 weeks of training with no time off
