Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Representative to support claims processing and compliance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, research, investigate, negotiate, process, and adjust claims
• Analyze trends and provide necessary reports
• Meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 3+ years of experience in an office, healthcare, or pharmacy environment
• Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new software
• Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts during business hours, including occasional overtime and holidays
