Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a Customer Success team to retain customers and expand product and service offerings while meeting key operational metrics
- Upskill and coach Customer Success Managers to ensure effective support for external customers and partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalation issues and manage the assignment of team members to new customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or relevant experience - Preferred
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a client success sales and/or service environment
- Proven ability to build valuable business relationships with customers across all products
- Experience in building customer relationships within complex organizations
