Key Responsibilities

- Participate in a 5-week intensive training program
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in insurance operations
- Proficient in using various web-based systems
- Experience in medical/insurance customer service preferred
- Background in social work or behavioral health is a plus
