Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and provide marketing materials related to Dual Eligible Medicare Plans
- Utilize tools for first call resolution and maintain customer satisfaction
- Input caller and enrollment information accurately into multiple systems
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid and active health insurance license
- 1 year or more of Medicare Sales experience preferred
- Thorough understanding of Medicaid and Medicare plans
- 1 year or more inbound call center experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
