A company is looking for an Appeals Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares appeals/grievances for review by the Review Committees
- Researches issues and documents appeals for review
- Attends meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum two years of customer service experience, preferably in managed care or health care
- Proficient in computer programs such as Word and Excel
