Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Investigation Recovery and Resolution Auditor and Trainer.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, recover, and resolve claims for health plans, commercial customers, and government entities
- Develop and conduct training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development in Claims Investigation and Recovery
- Analyze trends and ensure compliance with state and federal policies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 8+ years of training experience
- 8+ years of auditing experience
- 5+ years of experience with FACETS/Macess and insurance
