Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with consumers regarding their account balances
• Work with consumers to facilitate payment or resolution of their accounts
• Utilize provided tools and training to achieve success in the role

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in basic computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly
• 2 years of customer service, call center experience, and/or collections experience preferred
• Reliable internet connection suitable for remote work
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
