Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Benefits Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a steady volume of incoming calls regarding employee benefits, including healthcare and retirement
  • Actively listen to customers and provide comprehensive resolutions to their inquiries
  • Navigate multiple systems to manage calls efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is preferred
  • Ability to work a shift between 8AM-7PM, Monday-Sunday
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug test, and complete a mandatory paid training program
