Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Benefits Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a steady volume of incoming calls regarding employee benefits, including healthcare and retirement
- Actively listen to customers and provide comprehensive resolutions to their inquiries
- Navigate multiple systems to manage calls efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is preferred
- Ability to work a shift between 8AM-7PM, Monday-Sunday
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug test, and complete a mandatory paid training program
