Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Care Specialist to guide patients through their services using a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients via email and phone to address their needs and ensure follow-up
• Verify and process orders, ensuring accuracy in delivery details and documentation
• Identify trends in processes to improve efficiency and assist in achieving departmental goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative roles or customer service
• Two years of work-related experience for senior level positions, with one year in a similar role
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
• Technical aptitude to learn new technologies and understand data flow through systems
