Key Responsibilities

- Verify and process orders, ensuring accuracy in delivery details and documentation
- Identify trends in processes to improve efficiency and assist in achieving departmental goals
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative roles or customer service
- Two years of work-related experience for senior level positions, with one year in a similar role
- Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
- Technical aptitude to learn new technologies and understand data flow through systems
