Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls regarding employee benefits
  • Provide information on healthcare, retirement, and additional employee perks
  • Navigate multiple systems to assist customers effectively
Required Qualifications
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with healthcare and employer benefits is preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday-Sunday
  • Must pass a mandatory paid training program and background checks
