Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Family Mentor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of direct report Family Mentors
• Conduct virtual sessions with carer families and patient support people, tailoring content to their needs
• Lead support groups for patient support people, fostering community and skills-training

Required Qualifications

• Team managerial/supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Operational experience with demonstrated effectiveness in Change Management
• Lived experience as an eating disorder caregiver for a loved one in stable recovery
• 2+ years of experience working directly with patients and/or families in a care setting
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, GSuite, etc
