Patient Liaison Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Liaison Program Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing standard operating procedures for patient care programs
• Implement new processes to direct patients to necessary resources and support services
• Conduct intentional rounding to engage with new patients and promote available services

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Communication, Psychology, Sociology or a related field required
• High School Diploma/GED with five years of progressively responsible experience may substitute for the degree requirement
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum three years of related experience in customer relations with diverse patient populations
• No certifications required
