Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Liaison Program Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures for patient care programs
- Implement new processes to direct patients to necessary resources and support services
- Conduct intentional rounding to engage with new patients and promote available services
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Communication, Psychology, Sociology or a related field required
- High School Diploma/GED with five years of progressively responsible experience may substitute for the degree requirement
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum three years of related experience in customer relations with diverse patient populations
- No certifications required
